Larry “Ray” Jackson is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University with a bachelor's degree and master's degree in political science with a minor in Business. Ray is a partner with Executive Image Building Services, a company that specializes in franchising. Ray helps entrepreneurs with branding and operations to own successful businesses within the building services industry. He advocates for entrepreneurs, specifically minority, veteran, and women-owned businesses. Ray has spent the last 30 years guiding and promoting the best interests of small business owners.

Ray is the President of the Trace HOA association in Greenwood, Indiana. Ray recognizes the work that board member volunteers perform to improve their communities, home property values, and the well-being of residents.

Ray enjoys living in Greenwood; the city has excellent schools and sprawling neighborhoods, is close to downtown Indy, and is a great place to raise a family.
